Our production time may take up to 6-8 weeks before shipping. Please understand that unless your order is rushed, with a paid rush fee and a prior arragement made with us, your order will be shipped within the standard production time frame. Each order is scheduled in an hourly time slot on our calender. If you would like to know when the next available time slot is, please contact us and we will be happy to inform you of that information.
We do everything possible to ship orders as soon as possible, and each order will ship out on its scheduled day as long as all materials and inventory are in stock to be able to fill the order in full. Please understand that EVERY order is handmade. The order will NOT be shipped unless it is perfect.

There are NO returns, cancelations, refunds, or exchanges. NO exceptions! All sales are FINAL. Once an order is placed, you can NOT cancel the order. All items are made to order and custom. Once a sale is placed, the clothing is pulled from inventory and inventory restocking takes place at the end of the week and we order according to what inventory has been pulled by sales that were placed. When you place your order before proceeding to the payment process, you must check a box stating that you are in full agreement with the company policies, terms & conditions, as well as turn around time frame. If you fail to click on the 'read' link to preview all of those policies; that is your responsibility. The information is available to be viewed in multiple areas on the website, and all of our contact information is available. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have, but our policies are non-negotiable and concrete.
If there is a mistake on OUR part with your order, please inform us within 3 business days of delivery confirmation, and there will be a rush on your order to be re-made correctly. The only mistakes that are covered by PDBB is misspelling of names or incorrect size than what stated on purchase order. PDBB is not liable for sizing issues. All sizing info is listed on each item, as well as on the Size Chart page located in the Information section on the left column. Please ask questions if you are unsure of the size, or order the next size up.
** Please note that all materials used in each order are subject to change slightly from the picture shown in the listings due to availability without prior notification. Sometimes items run out of stock or are backordered. When this happens, its completely out of our control, so we do everything possible to fill your order with the closest materials to the demo photo. **
To prevent mistakes to be made, please triple check your monogram details. We only follow the details that were given. If you had been unclear or mis-spelled something, that is your responsibility to make sure that you email clarifications before your order has begun.
It is YOUR responsibility to read the production time frame and shipping times. If you place an order, need it sooner than what is stated, there are no refunds or cancelations. We will allow a store credit, depending on the circumstances. Please contact us if you would like to put your order on hold and result to store credit until you are ready to fill your order at a later date. We will be happy to discuss those options with you, but order cancelations are not permitted.
We will only charge a rush fee charge if we can guarantee that your order will be shipped in time to be delivered by the date needed. If you place the date needed in the note section upon checkout without emailing your request first, that time frame can not be guaranteed. Unless a rush fee was charged to you, there is NO guarantee what so ever and PDBB is not liable for receiving a package later than when needed.
